Quarxx is a multimedia artist, hyperactive and passionate, who expresses his bulimia of creativity through photography, painting and film. Often large‑scale, his paintings depict faces and figures as fragile territories, marked by memory, muted pain, and lingering emotions. Quarxx has already exhibited in several galleries in Paris, London, Shanghai and Beijing. Gradually, cinema emerged as a natural extension of this research. In film, Quarxx found the same obsessions with bodies, silent suffering, latent violence, and the darker zones of human experience, now expanded through movement, sound, and lived duration. After directing several short films, he made his feature‑length debut with All the Gods in the Sky (2018), a film noted for its visual and emotional radicalism, where horror becomes a means to explore grief, isolation, and madness.
He continued this exploration with Pandemonium (2022) , followed by The Ones who Grieve (2026), a nineteenth‑century genre film blending drama and horror while raising philosophical questions about faith, science, and moral responsibility. His films have been selected in the most prestigious festivals (Sundance, Fantasia, Fantastic Fest, PIFFF, BIFFF, NIFFF, BFI London, Tallinne Black Nights, Trieste, Sitges, etc…)
